Program description

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our web form, you agree to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from 1322 Capital LLC. Messages may include updates regarding your inquiry, appointment reminders, scheduling coordination, service updates, confirmations, follow-ups, and customer support communications. These are informational, non-marketing messages.

Opt-in

Consent is obtained through our online registration form or other written methods. You will only receive messages if you have opted in. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies depending on your engagement with us and the nature of your inquiry or services.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. 1322 Capital LLC is not responsible for those charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also honor other reasonable expressions of your wish to stop, including QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, and requests made by email or telephone. Opt-out requests are processed promptly and in no case later than ten business days after receipt. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. We keep a record of opt-out requests and honor them for at least ten years, consistent with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Virginia Telephone Privacy Protection Act.
