With a background in business consulting, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, he oversees the firm’s portfolio, acquisitions, and operating strategy. Under his leadership, 1322 Capital has grown from a boutique consultancy into a multi-sector holding company with international reach, guided by a clear mandate: build companies that are both profitable and principled.

Aijne Williams
Aijne Williams serves on the Board of Directors and as Senior Operations Advisor. He leads enterprise-wide efforts to align daily operations with strategic objectives: evaluating and improving workflows, establishing performance measures, and leading cross-functional teams. His oversight covers logistics, process improvement, and implementation at both the subsidiary and holding-company levels.

Miguel Saccsara
Based in Lima, Peru, Miguel Saccsara advises the Board on regional opportunities, cultural dynamics, and cross-border partnerships throughout Latin America. He helps evaluate acquisitions, cultivate institutional relationships, and keep the firm’s operations aligned with local markets, drawing on a background in regional development, nonprofit collaboration, and cross-cultural engagement.

Nicholas Scheidemantel
Nicholas Scheidemantel contributes values-based analysis to board deliberations and long-term planning, helping the firm hold to the classical principles of truth, goodness, and beauty.
